We're hiring a driven, detail-obsessed operator to coordinate privacy engagement across Europe. This isn’t a policy writing role—it’s a high-impact execution role embedded in the machinery of strategic influence. You’ll support one of the most forward-leaning privacy policy teams in tech, with direct visibility into how digital regulation is shaped in the EU and UK.

You’ll be the right hand to a Director leading cross-border privacy strategy. Your job: make the system run. Own the execution of external engagement—across budget, process, comms, and content. Ensure leaders are prepped, visuals are sharp, messaging is tight, and the work lands. This is policy work through the lens of coordination, comms, and precision delivery.

The Offer:

Competitive salary range of £80,000 pa

Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at Central London office

Role will start on a 12-month contract

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years in program or project management at a tech firm, public affairs agency, or consulting environment.
• Track record of operating at pace with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Pro at content polish—Slides, Docs, prompts for visual/AI tools.
• Fluent in privacy or tech policy dynamics, able to make complex topics clear and sharp.

Bonus Points

• Professional-level English writing.
• Experience supporting policy, legal, or comms execs.
• Deep understanding of internal coordination in highly regulated industries.
• Global team experience—navigating time zones, cultures, and ambiguity.
