Responsibilities for this Multi Trade Joiner role are:

1. Repair / renew / fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips, and valleys, and repair / renew / fit soffit, fascia, and barge boards.
2. Repair / renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring.
3. Repair / renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling.
4. Repair / renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes.
5. Repair / replace / fit ironmongery to doors and windows.
6. Repair / renew timber and UPVC window frames.
7. Reglaze timber fencing and gates.
8. Capable of completing works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing activities.

What we are looking for in our ideal Multi Trade Joiner:

• Must have completed a recognised Apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2/3 qualification.
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner / Plumber, including installation of wet rooms and disabled adaptations.
• Competent in all aspects of joinery and/or plumbing trades; plastering experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform multiple trades, with core skills in joinery or plumbing, preferably within a social housing environment.
• Driving license is essential.
• Skilled workers should hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and own tools.
