Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Bench Joiner to join our skilled and passionate team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Qualified Bench Joiner with a keen eye for detail, a high level of craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing quality timber components and joinery for our bespoke pod and modular building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture high-quality joinery components from technical drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish timber products to exacting standards
• Work with a variety of materials including softwoods, hardwoods, plywood, and sheet materials
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
• Uphold company values of quality, reliability, and craftsmanship

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Bench Joinery (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience in a workshop joinery environment
• Strong understanding of timber properties and joinery techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
