Regional Payroll Manager

We are expanding our team by hiring a Regional Payroll Manager, a team player eager to bring ideas and innovations. Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager - EMEA, you will oversee regional payroll operations, provide subject matter expertise, and support day-to-day payroll activities, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll entries and transactions following established processes.
  2. Manage payroll processing schedules and calendars.
  3. Coordinate payroll activities with other departments; oversee adjustments and termination pay processes.
  4. Maintain accurate payroll reporting to accounting.
  5. Lead payroll reporting, data analysis, and audit projects.
  6. Reconcile garnishments, tax levies, deductions, and employment inquiries with HR.
  7. Stay updated on payroll laws in regional countries and ensure compliance.
  8. Conduct training and implement payroll process updates.
  9. Partner with clients on inquiries and resolutions.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Payroll Management and Coordination, with relevant regional knowledge.
