JSS is pleased to partner with a listed Private Equity firm, highly regarded in the market and currently experiencing significant growth.

The firm seeks an FP&A Director to focus on their carried interest programme, responsible for managing, coordinating, and forecasting carried interest arrangements organization-wide.

This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing complex, cross-functional projects and serving as the primary contact for senior leadership on all carry-related matters.

Role Highlights:

• Drive planning, coordination, and execution of carry programmes across asset classes and investment strategies.
• Lead carry projection modelling and scenario analysis, providing insights to senior leaders and partners.
• Act as the main contact for partners regarding carry projections and financial insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A, tax, legal, HR, and investment teams to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment of carry frameworks.
• Manage a small, high-performing team responsible for modelling, analysis, and operational support.

This role requires a commercially astute, highly organized, and strategic project leader with a strong financial background, rather than a typical carry expert.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction services, with a proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Chartered Accountant (CA / ACA / CPA or equivalent) qualification is required.
• Experience in or with private equity, asset management, or professional services firms.
• Ability to manage projects across teams with differing priorities and timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, including partners.
