The role

The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the store manager, support them, and ensure the store's commercial success by managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.

What to expect from the role

• Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets, exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service.
• Focus on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, team organization, security, rotas, and sales performance tracking.
• Manage the store's trading in the absence of the store manager.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales and team dynamics.
• Receive thorough training on our luxury products to become a Pandora product expert and develop the store team’s potential.
