The Role
Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the HR team on a permanent basis (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is available immediately, full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a salary of £25,234 which is on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales. The role is based at the Queensferry Road site.
The purpose of the role is to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience. It involves handling pre-employment checks, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and managing the shared mailboxes and HR records. Additionally, the role supports probation reviews and absence management notifications to support a smooth employee journey.
The successful candidate must have experience in an HR or administrative role, with knowledge of employment legislation being desirable. Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to high professional standards and continuous professional development is key.

Eligibility
