We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Regional Retail Training and Performance Manager who will be responsible to build retail capability and drive performance within the UK. Through consistent planning and execution, they will ensure all retail employees are trained and developed to deliver the highest standard of retail practices and processes, resulting in exceptional customer experience and strong retail results.
This role will be responsible for the development and coaching of their direct reports and portfolio of stores in the UK.
This is a hybrid, full-time position, based in London, however the successful candidate will be required to be flexible to travel, working across Retail and training spaces with possible weekends and evenings, business dependent.
