Job Opportunity: Mandarin Speaking Receptionist

Portico is seeking an exceptional Mandarin-speaking Receptionist to join our team at a well-known client in the banking industry. The team is based at the London offices of the bank, which aims to become the foremost Chinese bank in the UK.

The successful candidate will rotate between ground floor and internal floor reception areas, assist with facilities and administrative tasks, manage office operations, organize tenant events, and support senior executives as needed.

• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Salary: £29,757

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a desire to learn and grow within the industry, and the ability to build rapport with people at all levels of a business. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to help others are essential.

Business-level communication skills in both Mandarin and English are vital for this role.
