The Role:

The successful Private Client Lawyer will manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, including preparing Lasting Power of Attorney, wills (including IHT advice), estate administration, trust work, and Deputyship applications. Business development within the department will also be part of the role. Secretarial support will be provided.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE, preferably STEP accredited (not essential), and be capable of working independently to high standards. They should be self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
