We’re recruiting for a Global HR Payroll Innovation Manager to join us. You will ensure the efficient and compliant processing of payroll across various L&G regions. This role involves acting as the main link between L&G HR, Tax, Finance, and Payroll (both internal and external) processing teams with the aim to improve and redevelop the Payroll & Benefits process including technology development, future-proof process improvements, creation of a longer-term global payroll strategy and roadmap, and building internal skills and capability.
The scope of this role includes managing domestic and shadow payrolls for the UK alongside internal global payroll teams.
