Job description

Working Model: Hybrid Working or Remote Working

Employment status: Full-time, Permanent.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Office Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; Gibraltar; or Stansted Abbotts, England.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key product partners, collaborating to enhance product offerings, drive innovation, and ensure mutual growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in product management and partnership development, focusing on customer-centric solutions and integrating features and APMs.

Typical weekly responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand the company's product portfolio with new features and APMs.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership strategies with business goals.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate on launching new products and features that meet market needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build and strengthen partnerships.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in product management and partnership development, preferably in technology or payments.
  • Possesses strong strategic, analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
  • Can work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA or similar is a plus.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
