We are excited to offer this opportunity for a talented, high-performing, and ambitious individual to join our Audit Stream L&D team as a Senior Design Consultant. This role involves supporting the development of our new curriculum with the latest learning innovations and technology. It suits those with instructional design experience or a technology background interested in exploring a role in learning that leverages their skills. The role reports directly to the Innovation and Technology team leader and is part of our Learning Development team, led by the Development and Monitoring Lead (DAM).

The Learning Development team consists of learning designers responsible for designing, curating, or creating content for the Audit program, aiming to develop impactful, innovative solutions that meet learner needs and deliver clear business outcomes.

The Innovation and Technology team within Learning Development supports design through the latest thinking, technology, and tools, collaborating with technical and non-technical authors and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are sustainable and innovative. Activities include creating digital learning using various tools, video editing, adapting in-person learning for remote access, and troubleshooting design challenges to enhance effectiveness.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the design and development of programmatic content using the latest learning design theories, tools, and technology to meet the Stream’s needs.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with content SMEs and other stakeholders integral to programmatic design.
3. Designing, curating, and creating content for the Audit curriculum in collaboration with the authoring team, under the guidance of the Development and Monitoring Lead.
4. Coaching L&D team members on tools, technology, and instructional design principles.
5. Collaborating with Lead Authors and Design Secondees to develop content, ensuring a coordinated approach that leverages the best tools and design thinking for effective and engaging learning experiences.
6. Introducing the latest innovations to develop high-quality digital learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Required skills and experience:

• Background in program development, content design, or similar fields.
• Experience in transforming face-to-face learning into engaging digital content.
• Ability to translate learning needs into objectives and outcomes, and respond appropriately.
• Experience with video production and editing, using equipment and software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Experience in creating eLearning content with Articulate Storyline and Rise is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools for content creation and editing.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within branding and design parameters.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to present technical concepts engagingly.
• Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage time and take ownership of projects.
• Commitment to operational excellence and quality.
