A leading company in property maintenance is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager for the North Region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop a robust supply chain, ensuring compliance, and driving cost savings. The position offers a hybrid working model and a range of attractive benefits, including a company car and discounted healthcare. Location: Warrington WA2 0XP
Hybrid working, with some regional travel throughout the North and Scotland to our operational offices and site teams. Typically working 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Working with us as a Regional Supply Chain Manager, you'll know that what you do truly matters to our business as your role is fundamental to our success. You will collaborate with the Operations, Commercial, and Estimating teams to effectively and proactively develop a robust, competitive supply chain of regional suppliers and sub-contractors for our Northern Operations in Social Housing, Refurbishment, Planned Works, Voids, and Responsive Repairs environments.
Generally, programs run in a live environment where speed and quality are both priorities for the client. Our Regional Supply Chain Manager will lead the identification, implementation, and management of a tiered supply chain across categories such as materials, manufacturers, indirect supplies, and subcontractors. The role will also involve taking responsibility for a specific category of supplies, including manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

You will have experience as a Regional Supply Chain Manager within the construction sector, ideally in Social Housing, Refurbishment, or Planned Works environments. This will enable you to contribute effectively from the start. Proven success in driving cost savings within subcontractors, materials, manufacturers, and indirect supplies is essential for leading tiered supply chain management. Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders are critical for your success.
