We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a secure and complex programme involving five key partners. You will be part of a bold team that values collaboration and strives for detailed execution. Our culture is rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and determination to succeed. This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be on-site 2 days a week in Farnborough, alongside travel to client sites in London and Corsham.

What you will be doing:

1. Coordinate and lead all aspects of the performance of five key partners, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and standards.
2. Ensure software and hardware assets are managed efficiently, maintaining audit compliance and coordinating software license renewals.
3. Develop and implement supplier performance management strategies, including creating Supplier Management Plans and conducting performance reviews.
4. Ensure all supply chain activities align with security standards and obtain necessary approvals for processes and changes.
5. Lead a team of three professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
6. Establish and mature supply chain processes, taking accountability for the platform's future development.

What you’ll bring:

• Expertise in supply chain management within a secure environment, preferably handling sensitive or classified products.
• Proven ability to enhance supplier performance within complex programs.
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects, including contract management and cost control.
• Experience leading change within the supply chain function and adapting to evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and security classifications relevant to supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, managing supplier performance and encouraging growth.
• Must be eligible to acquire and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience leading multiple priorities and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and collaborators.
