An international law firm with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa is recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join its team in London.

About the Role:

You will join the firm's dedicated real estate finance team, which works across borders, advising arrangers, financial institutions, and borrowers including developers, funds, and REITs.

You will advise a mix of sponsors, lenders, and property developers, acting for asset classes such as hotels, data centres, build-to-rent, logistics, student housing, and commercial properties. The role includes cross-border transactions, development finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, and restructuring work.

Qualifications:

• You will be a qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE (post-qualification experience), with a proven track record advising clients on a wide range of finance matters within the real estate finance sector.
