About you

• You will contribute to engineering processes, ensuring project delivery, maintaining standards, and motivating the team.
• Focus on quality and usability, integrating these into engineering practices.
• Experience with SaaS, multi-tenanted applications, and a tech stack including C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, AWS, Azure, SQL, Microservices.
• Proficient in agile, test-driven development methodologies.
• Enthusiastic, solutions-focused, proactive, and adaptable, with pride in code quality.
• Skilled in nurturing team development and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions to meet acceptance criteria using various technologies.
• Manage specific projects and deliverables, assessing risks and dependencies.
• Lead a small agile team, driving technical excellence and accountability.
• Provide technical guidance and promote quality assurance activities.
