Job Description

This role involves sales and business development of SPX FLOW Pump brands, products, and aftermarket services to customers in Central Europe, especially Germany and Benelux. The focus is on expanding the customer base, developing relationships, troubleshooting, and achieving sales targets. You will develop strategies to increase sales and support the current sales team and channel partners.

Responsibilities
  • Promote SPX FLOW Pump brands, products, spares, and aftermarket services in assigned territories, directly or via local agents/distributors.
  • Generate leads and opportunities through regular communication with customers.
  • Conduct on-site meetings to understand requirements, finalize designs, and resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate with Service Operations for support, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Plan and coordinate site visits, plant audits, and pump health checks with Field Service Technicians.
  • Build and expand relationships with end users, system integrators, and EPCs.
  • Follow up to ensure products and services meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, with action plans to address variances.
  • Deliver sales and technical presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to share information and opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a commercial role within the European market.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, CRM, and Power BI.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Central Europe, especially Germany and Benelux.
