High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding. Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
2. Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales.
3. Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way.
4. Cheap agents selling policies for $30-50-70/month.
5. Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
2. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
3. Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more agents. Please respect our time and ours—no time wasters.
