Qualifications

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in elektrischen Installationen.
  • Zertifizierungen in NEBOSH, IOSH, und SSSTS/SMSTS erforderlich.

Responsibilities

  • Genehmigung von Installationsprogrammen und Budgets vor Beginn.
  • Tägliche Berichte für den Standortkoordinator erstellen.

Job description

Site Supervisor

Location: Staffordshire-based workshop (10%) and client sites across the UK (90%)

Salary: Starting from GBP47,840 (grade 1) to GBP50,960 (grade 3) + 15% site uplift + overtime

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm; Friday, 7:30am to 2pm (40 hours/week, with potential to work up to 50 hours with overtime)

Site Based: 75% / Workshop: 25%

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve site installation programmes and budgets before commencement
  • Complete daily reports for the site coordinator
  • Create and maintain the site project job file
  • Manage delivery of site installation activities
  • Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate and resolve issues, challenges, and risks
  • Establish strong relationships with the client's supervisor
  • Collate NCR data
  • Organise material returns and reporting
  • Conduct and support stage and final inspections
  • Support site survey activities
  • Maintain weekly site stakeholder reports

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in electrical installations
  • Compex 01-04 (desirable)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • NEBOSH and IOSH certifications
  • 18th edition wiring regulations and 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (desirable)
  • Willingness to travel 75% across UK client sites

The salary range for this role is GBP47,840 to GBP50,960, depending on skills and experience, with potential total earnings up to GBP70,000 including overtime and site allowances.
