Job summary

A leading food SME in London is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing / Growth to drive their digital strategy. Head of Digital Marketing / Growth

London (Hybrid 3x pw)

Up to £120,000 + Perks

Our client is a rapidly growing well-established food SME, with incredible distribution listed across every single retailer in the UK. They have redefined a classic category with a creative twist. They are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing / Growth to own their digital channel.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital content and performance marketing strategies to align with overall brand marketing.
  • Create awareness and conversion campaigns to drive traffic to digital platforms and physical stores.
  • Own the growth strategies and P&Ls for both DTC and Amazon.
  • Oversee paid digital budget with the support of agencies.
  • Manage website, SEO, promotional calendar & Amazon store.
  • Lead email marketing strategy with tactics like customer segmentation, workflows, personalisation, and loyalty programs.
  • Keep pace with the latest digital trends and technologies.

Do you have the following to apply?
  • Minimum 7+ years of exp in digital marketing, preferably within a DTC business or digital marketing agency.
  • Whilst there is agency support a solid understanding of Meta paid ads, Google analytics & email marketing tools are essential.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar (required).
  • Experience in managing and optimising budgets, tracking expenditure and ROI of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure alignment.
