Job description

As a Community Nursing team, our service operates from 8am to 8pm. As a team member, you would work part-time or full-time shifts, including early and late shifts across 7 days, covering weekends and bank holidays. We have an excellent flexible working policy and collaborate with our staff to meet the service needs.

We are a modern Trust, equipped for mobile working with laptops and smartphones. This ensures safety, provides instant access to patient information, and allows real-time record completion, enabling you to focus fully on each patient.
