The TV Producer role is part of the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team within the Global Marcoms Group. Based in Guildford, you will work side by side with a team of Media Content Managers who manage asset development for all localised and adapted assets for our global campaigns, reporting to the Senior Manager, Adaption & Localization (Video).

You will be integrated with the Media Content Management team (MCM) and liaise with core partners within global clearance bodies, TV stations, media agency offices, and publishers to ensure content approval and specifications are met. You will provide clear feedback on asset requirements and amendments, and be aware of schedules to ensure timely submissions.

You should have knowledge of global clearance requirements for pre-submission content and advise on potential issues early in production. You will manage discussions and negotiations with clearance bodies regarding content for titles with Direct Media requirements (TV/Cinema/VOD/digital video).

Responsibilities:

  1. Check media plans, including specs, dates, crossovers.
  2. Propose submission plans to MCMs.
  3. Participate in calls with MCMs to advise on best practices from storyboard phase.
  4. Submit scripts, storyboards, and substantiation documents for clearance and approval.
  5. Engage with EA legal teams based on clearance feedback.
  6. Identify schedule risks by collaborating with the MCM team.
  7. Build a repository of clearance specs, timings, and best practices.
  8. Create process documentation for training and awareness.
  9. Work with the in-house video team to produce localised assets, source broadcast codes, and manage delivery platforms.

Requirements:

  1. Experience managing multiple clients and partners within the Clearance / TV submission landscape.
  2. Background in marketing communications, creative, or production agency environments.
  3. Experience with video and TV/Cinema booking, clearance, and delivery portals (e.g., Caria, CAB, Copycentral, ARPP, Peach, Comcast).
  4. Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
  5. Hands-on project management experience in a collaborative environment.
  6. International experience or working with international clients.
  7. Experience managing and motivating agency teams.
  8. Good understanding of formats, video specs, and TV specs.
  9. Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
