Position Summary

The Community and Physician Outreach Liaison Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing activities and strategies for our site. The role involves fostering new relationships for referral services, serving as a liaison to physicians, coordinating marketing initiatives, participating in digital marketing, and attending community outreach events.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Articulate and present the value proposition of Pinnacle Clinical Research.
  2. Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies to increase referrals and enhance community image.
  3. Manage marketing inventory and coordinate team schedules.
  4. Coordinate investigator talks and participate in community events such as health fairs and grand openings.
  5. Monitor and report on marketing performance and success.
  6. Visit referring offices, attend open houses, and maintain strong referral relationships.
  7. Develop new relationships and service existing ones with professional referral sources.
  8. Engage with medical practices, interest groups, and communities to promote clinical trials and explore partnerships.
  9. Attend networking events, including weekends, and participate in site visits and outreach activities.
  10. Operate within budget guidelines and maintain administrative records.
  11. Learn and adapt to new tasks, establish professional relationships, and maintain a professional appearance.
  12. Proficient in social media marketing and Microsoft Office products.
  13. Travel as required, with mileage reimbursement.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise Promotoras and the Physician and Community Outreach team in South Texas, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare.
  • At least two years of related experience, preferably in clinical research or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with the local medical community is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Reliable transportation and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Certificates

Valid Driver’s License required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Work is performed in office, laboratory, or clinical settings, with exposure to biological materials and the need for personal protective equipment. Occasional travel may be international. Physical requirements include standing, mobility, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
