The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Community & Partnership Manager to take the lead on PR, social relationships, and all things community. You’ll be the bridge between FOLD and the people who power it. From influencers and media to brand partners and our own ambassador crew.

This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you'll shape strategy, build relationships, and create real-world and digital moments that connect people to the FOLD movement. You'll also be responsible for creating and managing our event calendar, building the FOLD Ambassador Programme, and driving brand collaborations.

The role is remote-first, but requires weekly in-person working sessions in London or the South of England, and occasional travel for events and activations (including some evenings and weekends).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and executing our PR strategy – building relationships with journalists and wellness editors to tell the FOLD story
  • Managing influencer outreach and partnerships, including gifted campaigns, paid collabs and community engagement and the affiliate network
  • Planning and delivering the FOLD events calendar – from community classes to launches, panels and pop-ups
  • Building and managing theFOLD Ambassador Programme– finding and nurturing advocates aligned with our mission
  • Leading on brand partnerships and collaborations – from initial outreach through to creative execution
  • Working closely with the content and marketing team to amplify community moments across all channels
  • Helping shape and grow our online and offline community presence.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in PR, partnerships, community or influencer marketing
  • Experience managing events & activations
  • Strong understanding of the UK wellness, lifestyle and fitness landscape
  • Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder – both online and IRL
  • Experience planning and executing events or activations
  • A self-starter who’s organised, proactive and ready to take ownership
  • A passion for creating meaningful brand moments and growing a feel-good community
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to support events, with occasional travel
  • UK-based with ability to join in-person meetings weekly in London/South
