Location: Flexible Home Working/Hebburn - Tyne and Wear - South Tyneside, NE31 2ES
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and/or 09:30-17:30 days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Proposed Start Date: TBC
Contract Type and Duration: Permanent Full Time
Holiday Entitlement: 225 hours holiday per year plus Bank Holidays
Work Arrangement: Initially, this role requires the individual to work on-site until they have gained confidence in managing the responsibilities, typically by the end of the probation period. After successfully completing the probation period, hybrid working options will be available.

Role description : As part of our Disability Services team, you will primarily work with e-Quality Learning, which provides assistive technology training in collaboration with Invate and Capita. Invate and e-Quality Learning are both part of the eQuality Solutions Group, working in partnership with Capita to support higher education students receiving Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA).
e-Quality Learning is dedicated to empowering disabled individuals in both education and employment by providing high-quality assistive technology training. Our goal is to promote independence, overcome challenges, and support personal aspirations, enabling individuals to reach their full potential.
What you’ll be doing: The Training Co- rdinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily training activities within eQL. Working within a vibrant team, you will be responsible for taking and making phone calls to arrange training appointments with and for our Students. You will also be responsible for liaising with our trainers, supporting them with any queries and coordinating their diaries. You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of clients. Training will be provided to ensure you can use our bespoke system.

Who we are Looking for: The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, and capability in general IT. They will also demonstrate a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a structured manner.
