What You'll Be Doing

You will be trained to know our products thoroughly; you'll take pride in them and confidently sell them to customers, leveraging and developing your sales skills.

Your Role Will Involve

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at home or using our new remote selling framework
• Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales
• Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly and cross-selling when appropriate
• Working with customers to meet their specific needs and ensuring quality work from the first visit

What We're Looking For

You should be self-motivated and confident in communicating with customers at all levels. The ideal candidate will be:

• Proactive and results-oriented
• Flexible with workloads and working hours
• Consistently providing high-quality customer service
• Preferably experienced in Home Improvements or a similar field
• A driver with a full UK driving license and your own car
