Opportunity: PMO Analyst

We are seeking a PMO Analyst with knowledge of project management principles, data analysis, basic audit practices, policy, and Life Cycle Management to join our expanding Programme Management Office (PMO). You will perform desktop and face-to-face project reviews with IPTs across Leonardo UK sites and collate project and engineering data from internal reporting systems (SAP / BOBJ). The data will be used to create reports for briefing senior management, requiring familiarity with basic data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Extract engineering, project, and program management data from internal tools (SAP / BOBJ / P6 Primavera).
• Present data in clear, easy-to-understand reports for project teams and senior management.
• Draft project audit plans, identify trends across project life cycles, and propose performance improvements.
• Perform deep analysis of project and engineering data, understanding Key Performance Indicators.
• Support development of processes, tooling, reports, dashboards, and occasionally deliver training to project team members.
