PMO Analyst

About your role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to provide support at Portfolio, Programme, and Project levels. Key responsibilities include pipeline coordination, planning, reporting, financial tracking & analysis, risk management, quality assurance, change control, and maintaining standards and methodologies. The role requires a sound understanding of PMO activities and structured methodologies, with the ability to analyze and adapt to deliver support across a complex portfolio. You will work closely with the wider Transformation Team and stakeholders across BGB, ensuring effective governance and standards.
Note: This role is hybrid, based mainly in Leicester or Windsor, with occasional travel to other sites.
Here's what we’re looking for:
Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to monitor project performance, resources, risks, and dependencies, providing insights for improvement.
Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring: Ensure quality standards and KPIs are met, analyze data, and work with project leads to identify trends and improvements.
Risk, Issue & Change Control: Establish and monitor processes, liaise with project teams, and analyze portfolio-level data for trends.
Standards, Processes & Methods: Uphold and improve PMO standards, provide support and guidance, and contribute to process enhancements.
Planning & Resourcing: Support development and maintenance of high-level portfolio plans, resource allocation, and demand management.
Other Services: Provide administrative support for governance, project setup/closure, and knowledge management.
Development: Participate in improving PMO services and standards, supporting project managers as needed.
Financial Responsibilities: Ensure quality tracking, reporting, and analysis of project finances.
Requirements: Experience as a PMO analyst, proficiency with Microsoft Suite, PMI, Prince2, P3O, OWB, ServiceNow or similar tools, and a degree or equivalent experience.
