The Role

We are looking for a Product Project Manager to drive the development and delivery of regionally led opportunity projects and key portfolio maintenance projects across our Home and Personal Care categories.

This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing project management experience, who thrives in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries and has a background in fashion, sportswear, apparel, food, or similar sectors. You will work closely with our global teams across different time zones, so flexibility in working hours is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage New Product Development (NPD) projects through Spectrum Brands' Stage Gate process, ensuring targets are met.
  • Collaborate with NPD, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to launch new products.
  • Manage relationships with regional teams, senior stakeholders, and commercial departments for seamless project execution.
  • Utilize regional market insights to guide product development and align global projects.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with effective tools, insights, and launch materials.
  • Ensure compliance and packaging requirements are met in collaboration with relevant teams.

About you

To qualify, you should have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Product or Marketing Project Management within FMCG sectors.
  • A proven track record in delivering projects and managing senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong coordination, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
  • Experience working with global teams, especially in the US and China, across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and influencing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
