You will cover for absences of Mental Health Support Workers due to annual leave, vacancies, training, sickness, etc. Your responsibilities will include:
You will also assist in delivering activities aimed at helping clients transition to independent living, contributing to a holistic mental health support service.
Successful candidates will be required to work in St Andrews in Exmouth and Culverlands in Exeter, covering a range of shifts including sleep-ins and weekends. Shifts may vary from 0800-1600, 1200-2000, 1000-1800, and 0900-2230 at both locations.
You should have a working knowledge of the needs and support requirements of people with complex mental health needs or experience in another social care setting.
