More About the Role

Our Senior Healthcare Support Workers (SHCSWs) are an essential and respected part of our healthcare teams across diverse settings such as community, hospital, and theatre environments.

You will be a valued team member through our comprehensive training and induction programs, and our commitment to learning and development will support your growth.

The Team: Exmouth MIU sees over 12,000 patients annually and operates 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. This unique position involves supporting trained staff in this practitioner-led service, with training provided to develop your clinical skills to meet the unit's demands.

Our teams are caring, compassionate, and inclusive. Regardless of your background, you will be welcomed. Additional details about the role, training, and experiences of our HCSWs are included in the attached document.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, with shifts ranging from short shifts between 7:30 am and 8 pm, to 12.5-hour shifts with breaks. Please verify shift details during your interview. Depending on your shift pattern, you may receive additional pay enhancements.
