The role requires a motivated developer comfortable with communicating effectively with customers and team members at all levels. You should consistently work to high standards using the latest development methods and techniques, meet deadlines, and be eager to develop your skills further.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)
2. Strong knowledge of WordPress
3. Ability to write quality, maintainable, and performant code
4. Basic understanding of PHP
5. Knowledge of SEO and best technical practices
6. Ability to build themes from scratch
7. Capability to see projects through from start to finish
8. Keen eye for design details, interaction, and animation
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to write lean, maintainable CSS using methodologies such as BEM, SMACSS, OOCSS
• Experience with Node.js
• Knowledge of NPM, Bower, Grunt, and Gulp
