Commercial Manager – Infrastructure (NEC3/4) | Hybrid | Derby | Contract | £400–£500/day (contract)

Peaple Talent are working with a key client who’s building some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure—and we’re on the lookout for experienced Commercial Managers to join their team.

If you’ve got a solid background working with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts, and you enjoy being at the heart of major projects, this one’s for you.

Here’s what the role looks like:

Process & change management

Revenue tracking and commercial reporting

Contract admin and costings

Plus a strong focus on business improvement—from optimising supply chain workflows to tightening up cost control, your work will have a real impact.

It’s a hybrid role, with 3–4 days a week in the Derby office on a 6 month contract. There is opportunity for this to turn into a permanent role if that is desired.
