As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Specialists to join our team.

Position Summary

As Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing inbound leads and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling consultations, guiding clients through the sales process, and nurturing leads to conversion. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in sales or telesales to enjoy a fulfilling and rewarding sales position in a relaxed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales development activities by reaching out to registered leads who have not yet booked a consultation.
  • Perform sales consultations via phone, assessing client needs and scheduling initial assessments with personal trainers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, nurturing leads through email marketing until they are ready to engage.
  • Collaborate with Location Owners to streamline the booking process and manage appointments effectively, both online and in-person.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fitness sales, tech sales or telesales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends during campaigns (optional but advantageous).

Salary and Benefits

  • Initial 20hr contract with hourly rate for the first month and with commission introduced afterwards based on performance
  • Commission: Up to £35/sale
  • Target of 10+ sales per month
  • Commission: £2,000 - £3,000 per month based on 60 sales per month
  • Flexible work hours, with peak sales times identified for optimal performance.
