Job Description:

Mario Badescu is seeking a UK Sales & Education Coordinator to join our team. The role involves providing training and sales support across the UK, with a focus on key accounts such as Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK, and Boots.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales goals in assigned stores and territory.
2. Collaborate with the Sales Director to drive sales and strengthen relationships with retail partners.
3. Deliver engaging education sessions to retail teams to enhance product knowledge.
4. Conduct in-store training aligned with brand standards at Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK, and Boots.
5. Plan and execute in-store events supporting brand initiatives.
6. Coordinate visual merchandising and placement in stores.
7. Build and maintain relationships with store leadership and staff.
8. Train store personnel on new and core products.
9. Support client partnerships with service and support in stores.
10. Assist in recruiting, directing, and evaluating selling specialists.
11. Ensure visual standards are maintained at all retail locations.
12. Communicate regularly about opportunities for additional training and events.
13. Manage store visits, calls, and travel schedules effectively.
14. Create in-store strategies using company tools and reports.

Profile:

• Minimum three years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK, and Boots preferred.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and promoting products.
• Ability to motivate and work collaboratively.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the territory.
• Flexible working hours to meet objectives.
• Willingness to travel extensively and drive as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for 4-6 hours daily.
