Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international cosmetics business as a Sales and Education Manager. Working within a positive, energising culture geared toward the achievement of excellence, you will find outstanding job satisfaction daily. This role requires travel across the South of England.


The Sales and Education Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the partner portfolio in the South, covering around 30 doors. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the brand, educating and engaging the beauty advisors in store. You will be inspiring others to drive brand goals, awareness, and retail sales. This role will also be responsible for ensuring all brand guidelines and operational standards are in place in all stores.


The ideal candidate should have strong training experience, delivering a high-performance culture in a team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership, along with a proven track record of achieving and building territory sales targets and KPIs. Previous cosmetics/beauty industry experience is required; however, cosmetic artistry experience is a plus but not necessary.
