We’re currently looking for a dynamic and organised Front of House Receptionist . If you’re passionate about people, love solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment – we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and Greet: Be the first friendly face that welcomes all visitors, students, and guests to the Academy and Empire.
  • Customer & Student Support: Assist with resolving student account queries, providing accurate information and a helpful attitude at all times.
  • Communication Handling: Manage inbound calls and emails, responding to general enquiries and Makeup Academy-specific questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service Support: Provide additional support to the customer service team during peak periods to help maintain a high standard of service.
  • Appointment & Booking Coordination: Assist in organising and confirming birthday party bookings, makeup appointments, and other client services.
  • General Administration: Maintain front desk organisation, support with daily admin tasks, and keep reception areas tidy and welcoming.
  • Event Support: Assist the events and marketing team with event prep and on-the-day support as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident, friendly, and professional manner
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in a reception, admin, or customer service role (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (email, booking systems, Microsoft Office or similar)
