We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for Harbour Healthcare, based at our Head Office in Stockport.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Answering telephone calls, redirecting calls, handling queries, and taking messages
  2. Opening and distributing incoming mail
  3. Preparing invoices for posting
  4. Frankling mail
  5. Performing other administrative functions as required
  6. Occasional trips to the post office
  7. Making beverages for the team
