Job Opportunity: Restaurant Team Leader at Shepherd Neame

Shepherd Neame is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to develop your career in hospitality, this could be the perfect role for you.

Located in the scenic coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers a seaside escape with 18 luxurious bedrooms, some with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can enjoy dining at the Quarterdeck restaurant or relax at the Boathouse bar, which features a terrace and garden with stunning sea views.

As a ambassador for our brand, your responsibilities will include supporting the management team, undertaking duty manager shifts, and leading our team to deliver excellent service at every opportunity. No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we value qualities such as enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and we will provide training to equip you with the necessary skills.
