Job description

Medpace is seeking a Junior Account Analyst to join the Account Management department in London. You will partner with clients and Medpace internal staff to develop project financial budgets and new business proposals. As an Entry-Level Account Analyst, you will work directly with clients to collaborate on strategic budget development to meet both their needs and those of Medpace. Here is an overview of the tasks:

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and oversee the development of multi-million dollar cost estimates for requests for proposals (RFPs), budget revisions, and contract amendments;
2. Responsible for financial and contractual budget oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal/award to post-mortem;
3. Manage Sponsor relationships during clinical research projects, including any budget proposal requests from clients;
4. Support Sales activities with strategic and tactical account planning, as well as new departmental initiatives;
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments at Medpace to fulfill internal and external requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Health and Life Sciences;
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs;
• Willingness to learn about financial and accounting processes, drug development services, and medical terminology.
