Position: Regional Marketing & Content Executive, ChottoMatte Soho

Role Overview:

As Regional Marketing& Content Executive, you will be the creative force behind ChottoMatte’s brand communications. You’ll develop and execute a contentstrategy that amplifies our brand voice, engages audiences, and drivescustomer loyalty. From social media campaigns to email newsletters,blog posts to content scripts, you’ll ensure Chotto Matte remains aleader in the world of luxury dining. Overseeing the Chotto MatteSoho, Chotto Bar & Lounge and Claude’s social accounts, while alsooverseeing the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to developand implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with brandobjectives and marketing goals.
  • Produce high-quality,engaging, and on-brand content for digital and offline platforms,including social media (IG, FB, TikTok, Linkedin), websites,newsletters and marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compellingnarratives that showcase the essence of Nikkei cuisine, our dining

experience, events& activations and the Chotto Matte‘lifestyle’.

  • Write clear, compelling copy for emailnewsletters, blog posts, website updates, and broader marketingcampaigns.

On-Site Content Capture&Social Media Management

  • Utilise iPhone tocapture high-quality, real-time content, including trending videos,food & beverage imagery, and the vibrant atmosphere of our restaurantsand events.
  • Oversee social media channels, ensuring aconsistent tone of voice, regular posting, and active communityengagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase socialmedia following, engagement, and reach across Instagram, TikTok,Facebook, and LinkedIn.

CommunityEngagement & Brand Storytelling

  • Engagewith followers responding to comments, messages, and mentions to buildauthentic relationships.
  • Monitor brand sentiment andproactively address customer inquiries to enhance the guestexperience.

Paid Social Marketing

  • Develop and execute paid social mediaadvertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Continuously optimise ad performance, ensuring campaignsalign with business objectives.
  • Monitor ad performanceanalytics, adjust targeting, and refine messaging for continuousimprovement.
  • Track and analyse content performanceacross all platforms, identifying trends and insights to improveengagement and conversions.
  • Use data-driven insights tooptimise content strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing KPIs.
  • Generate monthly performance reports to measure successagainst marketing KPIs and provide actionable recommendations forcontinuous improvement.

CreativeCollaboration & Brand Consistency

  • Workclosely with in-house designers, photographers, and videographers toproduce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  • Ensureall content aligns with Chotto Matte’s visual identity, tone of voice,and brand

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years ofexperience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role,ideally within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving social media growth andincreasing follower engagement.
  • Exceptional writing andediting skills with a strong understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and tools(e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Hootsuite and Canva).
  • Ability to capture and edit high-quality iPhone content,including photos and videos, with a strong eye for detail andcreativity.
  • Experience managing online communities andbuilding customer engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity withcontent management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the boxand bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong project managementskills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for food, culture, and luxury hospitality is a plus
