Job description

Project Manager - Housing Major Works in Romford

Rate: £331.88 per day

PAYE - Reference: RQ1519628

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in delivering fire safety construction work to buildings, including familiarity with the regulatory process for buildings designated as ‘higher-risk buildings’ under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Experience in project managing projects involving a multi-disciplinary consultant team is also preferred.

Work Schedule and Requirements

• The team operates on a flexible basis but requires availability by phone from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
• The candidate must have daily contact with their line manager via video call.
• Attendance on-site and in the office is required, up to five days per week, including every Thursday in Romford.

Contract Details

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
