What you’ll be doing

You’ll develop and execute a sales strategy for your target industry sector, utilizing non-destructive and destructive testing techniques to support clients in ensuring product excellence and precise material testing.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Leading efforts to acquire new customers through presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Proactively prospecting for new contacts within your division
  • Collaborating with your team to identify and develop new service and product sales opportunities
  • Delivering sales in line with strategic plans
  • Building relationships with decision-makers within customer organizations
  • Discussing service scope, availability, and throughput at all levels

A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK.

You should have experience in non-destructive testing (NDT), either in sales or NDT engineering, and knowledge of regulations in the Engineering Inspection and compliance market.

Key skills include:

  • Effective sales, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in prospecting
  • Confidence in presenting proposals to clients
  • Ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate
  • Attention to detail, including working with proposals and CRM systems
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • A proven track record of contributing to sales growth and exceeding targets
