What will I be doing?

You will deploy, train, and maintain local digital solutions tailored to specific business needs, ensuring alignment with the 4.0 lever implementation process while considering regulatory, contractual, obsolescence, productivity, cybersecurity, and operational factors.

Local digital solutions include Safran 4.0 Digital Levers and other systems or hardware that utilize or provide data.

Direct Responsibilities:
  1. Identify the appropriate lever for the need: Validate and select the best lever through diagnostics, similar use cases, or business requests, collaborating with teams and change request processes.
  2. Integrate digital levers into the site Digital Roadmap: Work with the Computerisation Manager to ensure alignment with the wider group Digital Roadmap and review project planning, resources, and lessons learned.
  3. Support operations: Plan and oversee hardware installation, operator and support staff training, and documentation management.
  4. Create training materials: Develop training documents for operators and support functions.
  5. Evaluate implementation effectiveness: Monitor metrics and stakeholder satisfaction, comparing with similar implementations for continuous improvement.
  6. Manage delegation and accountability: Delegate tasks where appropriate while maintaining accountability, including managing resources, risks, and safety concerns.

Additional responsibilities include managing time and attendance, setting objectives, influencing resource allocation, and escalating risks as needed.
