Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, manage, and execute key client projects, ensuring alignment with briefs and timely delivery.
• Manage projects including creative concepts, assets, videos, social media campaigns, digital activations, and events.
• Gather requirements, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate resources.
• Act as a primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create briefs, track progress, and report on project status and finances.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and manage external suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain quality standards throughout project development.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira to monitor progress and inform team members.
• Develop processes to improve project management practices across the business.
• Collaborate with resource and leadership teams to align project scope and capacity.
