The Role

The Business Analyst supports the Commercial and Business Operations teams by analyzing company data and translating it into user-friendly formats that facilitate effective decision-making. This highly commercial and analytical role involves designing, generating, and maintaining reports in various formats, requiring strong attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with Power BI to develop dashboards and reports. The Business Analyst will work on multiple projects simultaneously and often under tight deadlines, making excellent time management skills essential. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and present findings is a key aspect of the role, requiring excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or business discipline
• OR significant experience in an accounting, financial, or forecast analysis role considered in lieu of a degree
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
• Experience in building Power BI reports and dashboards
• Experience in a commercial business environment
• Experience in business revenue and forecasting
• Prior experience in an accounting or financial analysis role, especially for tailored services/products
• Experience using and reporting from Dynamics 365
• Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Diagnostics sector experience
