Abbotts Estate Agency is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Ely. OTE £40-80k.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, and achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, advising on suitable products and services
• Participating in branch meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships

Skills and experience required:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
• A full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
