Site Manager - Roofing Project

Options Resourcing are working with a regional commercial contractor to recruit a Site Manager for an important roofing project in Waddesdon.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable roofing experience, enabling them to order specific and technical parts and tools necessary to complete the project. They will also be responsible for completing daily progress reports, identifying potential issues with guttering and roof drainage, and demonstrating the initiative and knowledge to resolve these issues.

As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Order materials
2. Manage day-to-day site activities
3. Maintain the program of works
4. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality standards
5. Prepare daily reports and plan ahead

Requirements:
