Job Description:

A vacancy has arisen within the AHP Administration Team for a full-time Receptionist/Clerical Officer, primarily based at Aberdeen Health Village (office-based position).

The AHP Administration Team is a large, city-wide team providing clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions, including Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Speech & Language Therapy.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and enjoy working closely with the public. As part of a fast-paced team, you must adapt to changing environments and manage workload priorities effectively.

Applicants should have good keyboard skills and confidence in IT systems. Experience with PMS (Patient Management System) is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

If you are self-motivated, flexible, and seeking a new challenge in a busy outpatient environment, this position is suitable for you!
